Argent Financial Group, Inc. recently announced the following promotions
after approval by its Board of Directors.

Vaughn Antley

Vaughn Antley has been named Vice President and Senior Investment Officer for Argent Financial Group, Inc.

He received an MBA from NLU in 1988 and a BBA from NLU in 1985. Prior to joining Argent Financial Services, he served as Assistant Vice President for a regional banking institution.

Antley has nine years experience in the financial services industry providing financial management services to businesses and individuals.

He serves as past president of the Greater Monroe Optimist Club, treasurer of the Eastern Deaney Council for the St. Vincent de Paul Charitable Society and treasurer for the Northeast Louisiana SVDP Community Pharmacy. He is also a graduate of The Ouachita Parish Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Ouachita program.

Amy Martin

Amy Martin has been promoted to trust officer of Argent Financial Group, Inc. Martin has been a member of the Argent staff since 1993. She has worked as corporate trust administrator, operations assistant and now serves our clients in personal trust.

Martin received her associate degree in Business Technology from Louisiana Tech University in 1992. She is currently pursuing certification in personal trust administration from the Canon Trust School.

Jonathan Hunt

Jonathan Hunt has been named financial officer at Argent Financial Group, Inc. He is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and received a master’s in finance from Louisiana Tech University.

Hunt worked as a financial analyst for the Federal Reserve Bank prior to joining the Argent staff.

Ryan Griep

Ryan Griep has been named Information Technology Manager for Argent Financial Group, Inc. Griep is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University where he received a computer information systems degree in 1998. He came to Argent Financial from Federal Home Products in Ruston where he served as the Assistant IT Manager/Network Manager.

Vicki Tindall

Vicki Tindall has been named Investment Services Officer for Argent Financial Group, Inc. Tindall worked for Legg Mason for seven years prior to her joining the Argent Staff in March, 1996. She is a graduate of University of Louisiana – Monroe and holds her Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Ruthie Landry

Ruthie Landry has been promoted to Trust Officer for Argent Financial Group, Inc. The promotion was announced recently by the Argent Financial Group Board of Directors. Landry received her MBA from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May, 2000. She began working for Argent in April prior to graduation in the personal trust arena. She received her undergraduate degree from University of Southwestern Louisiana and has begun her certification as personal trust administrator from Canon Financial Institute.
